Pine Valley · Flagstaff, Arizona

A rare place in Northern Arizona

201 acres. Thoughtfully preserved. Carefully planned.

A planned community of approximately 201 acres, held high in the ponderosa at the foot of the San Francisco Peaks. Homesites are placed among the trees; the rest of the land is left to itself.

01 · The Land Comes First

The land comes first. Everything else follows.

Before a single homesite was drawn, the land was walked. Roads were laid to save the oldest ponderosa. Homesites were placed where the forest already opened, and sight lines to the Peaks were protected before anything else was decided.

Open Space

Much of the 201 acres is given to open space and trails.

02 · A Community Shaped by the Land

Planned around what was already there.

Pine Valley is laid out in small residential groups along one quiet loop. Between them: conservation woodland, open meadow, the community pond, and a network of trails. Two entrances hold the community to itself, and the view corridors to the north are held open for the Peaks.

05 · Life at Pine Valley

Slow mornings. Bright nights. Real seasons.

A community of daily rituals: the meadow loop at first light, dogs on the trail, the pond holding the evening sky. Fall brings color, winter brings snow, and the dark skies bring the stars. This is mountain living at its quietest.

07 · Why Pine Valley

Rare is found once. Natural is kept forever.

Pine Valley is not a typical development. It is 201 acres that will only ever hold a small number of homes, each one placed where the forest already made room. What the community is selling is what it is not: not crowded, not cleared, not paved over.

The people who find their way here tend to share the same instinct. They want the trees kept, the meadow walked, the snow deep in winter, and the view of the Peaks held open. Pine Valley was planned around exactly that.
